The entire project implementation is split into the following stages:

Stage 1 - Consultation & Proposal

The success behind any project lies in the authentic reflection of the interiors according to the client's requirements and vision. In this stage, we listen carefully about the client's requirements and visualise the concept. We take time to understand the client's lifestyle, aspiration so that we can reflect it in our designs. After the consultation, we send our proposal to the client that outlines the concepts we understand from the client's requirements, along with the estimated budget for the related design and renovation fee.

Stage 2 - Concept Development

After interpreting the detailed brief gather from the client, we build the concept designs that include the floor plans with the furniture layouts and structural changes to suffice the requirements. We also prepare the mood board presentation that reflects the samples of planned finishes along with images of suggested furniture and carpentry layouts. Since this is the most collaborative stage, we request the presence of our client to provide as much feedback to ensure the further procedure.

Stage 3 - Design Development & Documentation

After confirming all the designing layouts and concept designs, we proceed to the design development and the detail designing stage. The entire customised furniture, designing layouts, drawings and other final finishes will be presented to the client for the final approval. At this point, we will also prepare the final breakdown of the costs in line with the agreed budget.

Stage 4 - Execution

After the final consent from the client, we will schedule our line of work, with every onsite requirement. Our team consisting project coordinators and designers will attend regular site meeting to ensure that the designs are being carried out according to plan. At the same time, will keep our client update throughout the process and monitor the entire program, ensuring that our client enjoys their property with peace of mind.

Stage 5 - Evaluation

Upon completion of the project, we will follow up with client to evaluate the success of the project. This may be in the form of interview or walk through inspection. We will even provide some interior styling tips to help improve the project.
